Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the item
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Change of mind after ordering
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
